4 fish fillets
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon horseradish
1. Preheat and oil grill pan. Arrange fish on the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Turn the fish and spoon mayonnaise mixture evenly on top.
3. Cook the fish for 2-3 minutes longer until it flakes easily when tested with a fork and the mayonnaise mixture is browned and glazed.
