Chippy boss is teaching the Russians how to cook fish & chips…

Fish and Chip shop owner Mark Petrou is braving sub-zero temperatures in Russia to do what he loves best. The owner of Petrou Brothers’ fish and chip shop in Ely, travelled to Russia yesterday to teach the country how to cook fish and chips.

He said: “I’m really excited about the trip but i’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit nervous”

Mark has been asked to Russia by the fast food chain Alendvic, which is similar to KFC in Russia. He will be teaching their managers to cook and serve the perfect fish & chips, they will then teach their staff how to do it.
