Fast Crab Quiche Recipe


4 eggs
1 C. heavy cream
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1 can (7.5 oz.) crab meat
1 C. grated swiss cheese
2 T. chopped chives
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust


Combine the eggs and cream and beat well. Stir in the dry mustard, chives and salt.

Add the crab and cheese. Blend and pour into pie shell.

Bake at 375°F. for 30 – 40 minutes or until set.

It’s as easy as that!

Serves 6 – 8.
